SERVPRO Brentwood was there for my family in a time of crisis, to store our belongings for more than a year after an oak tree fell on our house. They neatly packed everything with as much care as humanly possible and worked with us to move things back into place exactly as they were, and also discard of furniture we no longer needed. Tunde and his team returned every email and phone call promptly, and helped us find common sense solutions when we were ghosted by our Mercury Insurance adjuster. They are patient, professional, positive, kind, honest, on-time, do what they say they will do, and a joy to communicate with. And just to prove what an upstanding guy Tunde is, he came back to take away the millions of boxes we were left with. I give them 15 out of 5 stars.  

All round great service , great workers , was very on time and finished at an estimated time . I will recommend them everyday and twice on Sundays.

Dashar and Valentino were quick to arrive as soon as I called SERVPRO for help. They came in, assessed the situation, and quick to remedy the flooding upstairs. We will definitely go through them to help us with the next step to get our home back to our normal. They were great to work with!!

I never have time to write reviews but the service I received from this SERVPRO team is definitely one that cannot be compared to! We had a leak in the past which led to mold. We previously hired another restoration company to fix this which appeared to have been fixed. Alas the mold raised its ugly head again so we decided to look for a more experienced company to come to our aid yet again. We were then referred by a friend to SERVPRO. Mr Tunde and his team wasted no time in coming out to us to inspect. They made us understand that there’s a difference between Mold Removal and Mold Remediation. This is where we may have been misled by the previous company. We agreed a day to get this fixed and they delivered to a very high professional standard and also in a very timely manner. We were very pleased with their service. We have now waited a while since completion before writing this review- to properly ascertain that the remediation is 100% done and YES we can confirm that they fixed it and we are so happy that finally, SERVPRO put an end to this nightmare of ours. We have now recommended them to at least 7 other friends and family of which they’ve served 3 and it’s been fed back to us that this team was very knowledgeable, professional and also delivered to high standards. Thank you again SERVPRO and team, keep up this great work you’re doing. Brentwood needs more of you!

It is never a good thing when water comes through the ceiling and down your walls, but if it ever does, you definitely want to call these guys. We had a leak in our AC and as a result had MASSIVE water damage. They came as soon as I called (in a panic). They were SO nice, assuring me it would be ok and that they would make sure everything was properly dried. I can’t explain how AMAZING these guys were. It was clear that they really cared about their work and my house. By the end, I was 100% sure that no stone was left unturned (or undried as the case may be). The water damage seemed like the worst thing that could happen, but the team at SERVPRO was the best thing that could have happened to fix our nightmare. Thank you so much!!
