Flooded Dining room in Oakley, CA

Broken faucets can cause flooding in a home or business and if not mitigated quickly , it can cause business disruption and caused secondary damage, such as damaged furniture, inability to use the affected areas and possible mold growth.

A faulty faucet from the adjoining kitchen caused flooding in the dining room area. The flooring had to be removed by our team to dry the concrete sub-floor and prepare it for reconstruction. Our customer was pleased and happy with her dry and clean area, while she waited for the floor reconstruction.
